Your Imprint Business name is a legal and officially registered business name that specifically represents your name, brand and/or image. It is registered under our parent company:

Axis Mundi, Incorporated.

Your Imprint Business name can be your name, your public persona or your trade/business name. The choice is yours to make.

Whether you want to publish just one work, a collection or desire to have ongoing publications we develop a formula and strategy just for you.

We offer four signup packages so you can choose the one that fits your needs and situation. You can get started with very little upfront costs with our Beginner Package and with just fifty percent down. There are three more packages each one with more options and services included.

All packages include general marketing of your publication and/or you as the creator on social media platforms, in social media groups, in online forums plus online website listings.

All packages utilize print-on-demand service to publish physical materials. This allows us to keep our package pricing very low compared to the services we offer as we don't hold inventory. We can offer worldwide global sales to individuals plus reach libraries, wholesalers and box stores. You can also sell via Amazon©️, offer direct sales, E-books, audible and digital download versions.

The Beginner Plus, Pro and Pro Plus Packages involve participating in bulk sales which can produce volume sales but at a lower sale price, special direct marketing efforts and reduced backend commissions. The Pro and Pro Plus Packages also include paid marketing on social media platforms, book promotion sites and/or Google©️. You have complete control by choosing how much to spend, where to spend it and final approval of all ads.

Editing & Design Services

We provide comprehensive editing and/or design services so you can focus on creation. (**)

Editing, formatting and proofing is an essential part of the process before publishing. We don't want any mistakes to reach the public which would reflect poorly on you and us, which is why it is essential. Your work will shape the first impression individuals and businesses will form. It can be the difference between sales and no sales.

We will find all those little pesky oversights in punctuation, grammar and spelling.

Our team is led by an individual that has a degree in English so you can rest assured that if there are mistakes we will find them.

Perfection is our goal.

We also offer additional optional services, should you require them.

We offer full service in-house design artistic services for branding, logo(**), cover art/design and images to complement your work.

We offer design services to create exactly what you want on a full page image or ad that can be used online or for print. We can design your complete front and back covers and even create special images to insert into your publication.

You will always have the final say to approve all optional services including up to three artwork redesigns. We want you to be happy with the final results.

(**) Heavily discounted rates are given to all clients for all optional services and in some cases they can be applied to the backend charges. All packages include editing, formatting and proofing services plus a basic logo design service.

Strategic Marketing & Promotion Plan

We create a custom Prospectus developed specifically for you. (***) 

We will perform market research based on your onboarding form answers that will guide us to develop a marketing strategy and business plan that is customized for your specific needs and goals. Your custom prospectus (***) will outline a marketing strategy based on the package you are looking to signup with, present research results, list goals, either long or short term, in a timeline based on your individual needs. Your custom prospectus is developed after getting detailed information about your specific situation and exactly what your goals are. All information is gathered from your answers in our Onboarding Form once you decide to sign up. Based on your indicated signup package your prospectus will include either a free marketing strategy or utilize paid advertising on multiple fronts like Google©️, social media platforms and more. This free service is offered to all prospective clients that meet a few minimal standards which are explained in the Onboarding Form.

(***) Your prospectus is presented in a live one on one video meeting during the sign up process and is one of the final steps of the onboarding process. Your prospectus is provided via email after the sign up process is complete.

Is there a fee to apply?

There is no fee to apply.

What writing genres do you publish for?

Our clients can be from any genre. One restriction is that we do not publish adult or sexual content of any kind.

I am published already on Amazon©, so can I also publish with Aeon Publishing?
  1. If you used Amazon's© free ASIN then we can use a real ISBN and republish your work(s) unless you signed up for an eBook in KDP Select. This situation requires waiting 90 days from publication date before it can published elsewhere. If you published using a real ISBN that you actually own then we can use your ISBN and publish. If you published using an ISBN that you do not own then your work(s) would have to be a revised, updated version and issued a new ISBN.

Do you handle art only clients?

Yes we also provide all our services for artwork only clients.

How do I sign up with Aeon Publishing?

The first step of the sign up process is simply to fill out our Onboarding Form. This will provide us with all the information we need to develop your customized plan and prospectus.

Does it cost anything to sign up?

You can sign up with just a nominal fee with our Standard Package however your backend costs and/or sales percentages charged will be higher. Our other three packages offer more services and have lower overall costs.

What will show up on my credit card charges?

All charges to credit cards will show up under our parent company name: "Axis Mundi, Inc."

What does backend refer to?

Backend refers to post sale activity or after money is made from purchases.

What are the stages of the sign up process?

The Onboarding Form is the first step of the sign up process.

You will receive an email confirming that we received it.

After our review of your answers we will email again to let you know we are proceeding (or not).

We will then create your customized Prospectus and email you when it is completed to schedule the live one on one video meeting.

A few days after the video meeting is concluded you will receive an email notifying you of your acceptance (or not).

If accepted your congratulation email will include a link to your customized agreement.

The agreement is the final step of the sign up process.

You will receive an email acknowledging our receipt of the agreement.

The acknowledgement email will include a link to pay for the package that you choose.

When do I pay for the package that I choose?

We never collect money from clients until the onboarding process is fully completed and an agreement is digitally signed.

How do you figure the commission charges?

Commission charges are figured from the actual backend sales. We take the actual retail or wholesale price paid, subtract the actual print and shipping costs and then apply the commission charge to the remaining amount. Example: Your publication sales for $25 and the printing and shipping totals $15 so we only apply the commission charge to the remaining $10.

After being published how and when do I get paid?
  • All sales are tracked and provided in a monthly statement that outlines your sales activity and amounts you earned. Payments are distributed the end of the first week of each month for sales from the prior month. Payments can be made via check, electronic transfer or PayPal. We reccommend using Paypal but the choice is yours. Checks will be mailed Registered Receipt with Signature Required. Checks and electronic transfers will incur fees. Please note that all payments will be under our parent company name: Axis Mundi, Inc.

How do the taxes work for payments I receive?

All payments from us to you are considered income for you. Click this link to learn more if you are based in the United States. There are several options available based on your situation and needs that may lower your tax burden. The standard approach is that you will receive an annual form each January that must be filed as personal income to pay your tax owed. Inquire if you desire to explore other options.
